United World College is located in Changshu, Suzhou area of Jiangsu, China. I aided in facilitation with operations, management
oversight, strategic objectives, and support as one of the educational lead administrators at United World College, Changshu
China. Oversight of over 78 International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program (DP) teachers with administrative, IBDP
curricular, residential, extracurricular and technical collaboration of a starting enrollment with 440 students during 2016-17.
Student enrollment grew to a high of 565 during the UWC Changshu school year of 2017-18. Student grew again to higher
enrollment of 578 in 2018-19. I implemented and monitored budgets in assigned areas of responsibility, as well as budget
reviews, and analyzing financial reports, monitoring, authorization, and disbursement of line-item budget funds. Provided
leadership to over 78 IB teaching faculty, 25+ Chinese staff, and 578 students and their parents. Management within the
educational community in the areas of classroom discipline, and educational peer counseling comprised of IBDP
academic/counseling/residential/student life programs. Helped team build programs development for athletics, performing and
Visual Arts (Music, Arts, Theater & Dance) and to over 95+ CAS (Creativity Action Service) activities plus big events. I ensured
quality and standards for academic policies of the IB accreditation, and executive board approvals attending quarterly meetings.
Responsible for collaboration and communicating with faculty and officials to facilitate IB curricula changes to support educational
mission, professional development, and beginning CIS accreditation. I have been a key member for Western Association of
Schools and Colleges (WASC)onfive international WASC review teams from Bangkok, Thailand to Manila, the Philippines along
with other international accreditation school regulators. I have helped develop international reputation programs, social
responsibility, and servicelearning through project weeks within the Shanghai, Suzhou, Jiangsu, Hebei, Hainan areas of China.

International School of Wuxi is located in the Wuxi New District area of Jiangsu, China. I facilitated direct operations,
management oversight, strategic objectives and support as an educational lead administrator at the International School of Wuxi.
I initiated in increasing student enrollment from 100- to 200+ students together with an admission team. Provided administrativ e
and technical collaboration to additional five branches of International Schools of China (ISC) with an approximate ISC 1,600
enrollment; works with main USA offices of Leadership Development International (LDi) to enhance institute’s vision for
educational programs; and is liaison with Chinese government and administration and other Wuxi New District municipality
authorities. Board member for the International School of Wuxi and Tianjin International School with board reports and progress.
Students were enrolled in preschool, elementary, middle and secondary programming.
