We re-skin the Bongo platform for organizations and
communities to help their members receive the same
services that regular Bongo users will enjoy.
Bongo works like an affiliate system – we know to whom a
user ‘belongs’ and make sure that revenue is shared with
the correct partner.

17. How do we know who is who?
We have a number of ways of tracking our users,
ensuring that revenue generated is accredited to
the correct partner.

3. Banking Card
4. Bongo ID (ID, email address, etc.)
5. App Store ID (email)
6. APK Download Details
User referrals will also generate partner earnings.

18. Passing on the deal to family and
friends
Thanks to the fact we are able to track our
users, we are also able to track any referrals
made and ensure that the revenue
accrued is credited to the relevant partner
organization.
Users will be able to encourage friends and
family to purchase the same package, or to
download the Bongo Platform (or even just
BongoTel).
These friends and family will enjoy the same
service and savings, and the affiliated
partner organization will continue to earn a
revenue share from these referred users.

33. Specific Terms and Conditions
1. Terms
1.1 These terms are the terms of trading of Pursuit4SA Limited (P4SA) and they shall apply to
the provision of all services provided by the company, unless otherwise amended in writing.
1.2 These terms shall continue to apply to all services provided by P4SA under any
subsequent contract until expressly excluded in writing.
2. Charges & Payments
2.1 P4SA’s standard payment terms are: a fixed fee agreed up-front, 100% payment up-front.
3. Delivery
3.1 Upon receipt of an order and payment clearance there will be required a 6 week period
for the manufacture and delivery to P4SA of the goods ordered.
3.2 Upon delivery of the goods to P4SA and receipt of the full payment, the goods will be
delivered to the Client at the agreed location (South Africa).
4. Minimum Order
4.1 The minimum order to obtain the package and pricing detailed in this document is 5000
units.
