we can deliver where ever our logistics partners can deliver.
A. Delivery Time at non Branch Location – 24 to 48 Hours
Note: - This is an ideal time, which insures the hassle free service, as we are able to check and activate the sim
cards properly if we get this time to deliver. But in case of emergency we keep some pre-activated
numbers and we can deliver in a very short time too, in some exceptional cases only.
 Service Resolution , TAT and related Information
1. Normal TAT for a voice services resolutions could be min 30 Min to max 48 Hours.
2. We could get the sim replaced any where in48 Hours

C. Exact error/ signal not receiving or IVR response
D. Current Address and Alternate Contact number
Note: - With right information and cooperation of the user, we can resolve any service issue in the shortest possible time.
Billing & Payment
Billing
• Clay Provides Itemized Invoices.
• Invoice Generation period is as
per the billing cycle of the
particular number
• In case the usage of the particular
number comes under 2 billing
cycles, we will submit 2 invoices
with different usage date.
• Invoices are dispatched within 7
Days of generation, to the
designated Email id of the user.
• In case hardcopies are required
prior intimation of the same is
required
Payment
• For Individual users – the
user has to validate the
invoice and confirm the
same is to be charged on
his/her credit card.r
• For Corporate Cases – We
will go by the payment
process agreed by both
companies.

Billing & Payment Billing • Clay Provides Itemized Invoices. • Invoice Generation period is as per the billing cycle of the particular number • In case the usage of the particular number comes under 2 billing cycles, we will submit 2 invoices with different usage date. • Invoices are dispatched within 7 Days of generation, to the designated Email id of the user. • In case hardcopies are required prior intimation of the same is required Payment • For Individual users – the user has to validate the invoice and confirm the same is to be charged on his/her credit card.r • For Corporate Cases – We will go by the payment process agreed by both companies. • Standard Credit period is 15 – 30 days
