Dialoq works like regular GSM
mobile operator providing voice,
data and SMS/text services.
We use a unique pricing system. To
simplify your experience of phone
usage abroad, we introduce units.
One unit equals either 1 minute of
voice call (incoming or outgoing)
or 1 megabyte of data. This system
allows our customers to fully utilise
the whole range of services included
in their selected fixed payment plan.
Thanks to the unit, customers who
frequently use voice services do
not have to worry about overpaying
for phone calls abroad. For the
customers who frequently use data
services, there is no need to worry
about overpaying for the megabytes
they use. As long as there are units
available on your account, you can
use these services in any proportion.

countries, excluding North Korea,

Dialoq number as an alias.
All Dialoq plans offer the option
of linking an amount of local phone
numbers (1 to 3, depending on
your plan) to your Dialoq SIM card
without any additional charge.
You can add extra local numbers
for a separate fee. This service is
available upon request. Each extra
number costs 15 EUR per month.
It is also possible to display local
number as a Caller ID. The Smart
Caller ID feature selects the number
to be displayed according to which
country the call is made from. This
option is available upon request.
How does local
number work?
For example, if you live in
UK and work in France you
can apply for UK and France
local numbers. In this case
your callers from both UK
and France will be able to
save money on international
calls reaching you at your
local numbers as well as
your international number
wherever you’ve been located.
All the connected numbers
works simultaneously.
Text messages should be sent
to the international number
(+1...). Local numbers are used
for incoming calls only.

When signed up, you will receive
your contract and the first month’s
bill. Within 2–5 days after the bill
payment is confirmed, you will get
your welcome pack and your SIM
card (delivery is free).
After signing up to Dialoq services,
you get one international number
with a +1 (USA) code for worldwide
voice calls and data usage for a fixed
rate —without IP-TEL, callbacks or
overcharged roaming fees. Each plan
offers a certain number of units for
a fixed monthly fee. You can also
add local numbers for incoming calls
(in your country of residence, for
example).

available, however you can setup call
redirection from your current number
to your Dialoq number.
What number can Dialoq
customers be reached at?
A Dialoq customer can be reached
both at their international number
(+1…) and at any of their local
numbers. As local and international
numbers are active simultaneously,
the customer only uses 1 SIM card.
Do I need to visit an office to
switch to Dialoq services?
No. For your convenience, all
interactions with Dialoq are carried
out remotely. Your SIM card is sent
by express courier service and bills
are sent by e-mail.
Can I add an extra local
phone number for incoming
calls (in my country of
residence, for example)?
Yes, all Dialoq plans offer the option

What does 'unit' mean?
Dialoq voice and data service
usage is measured in units. One
unit equals either 1 minute of voice
call (incoming or outcoming) or
1 megabyte of data. Each tariff plan
includes a number of units ranging
from 2 500 to 10 000. As long as
there are units available on your
account, you can use these services
in any proportion.
How does billing work?
All customers get their bills by
e-mail along with information
about their service usage in the last
month. Bills are sent to customers
by the 5th day of every month. If
the monthly unit limit has been
exceeded, the bill will include an
extra fee. Dialoq bills can be paid
via bank transfers or you can set up
automated monthly payments from
your credit card. A printed bill can be
sent upon request.
