My objective is to obtain a position in a professional office environment where my skills are valued and can

Assistant Project Manager / Administrative Assistant
 Created and negotiated proposals and change orders
 Created and maintained project budgets
 Read mechanical sections of project drawings; created materials list; obtained quotes
 Direct contact for the company with the Army Corps of Engineers for the mechanical contracts.
Cruise Program Administrator
 Coordinated multi-cultural teams (both shoreside and shipboard) from various departments and ranks
before, during, and after to ensure the weddings were conducted successfully.
 Researched and discovered 297 discrepancies in the general ledger and submitted them to the corporate
office for correction for the entire fleet. Pulled the ship out of red and saved the company hundreds of
thousands of dollars annually.
 Worked with managers of 12 departments to ensure that all programs ran successfully and within budget.
Project Leader for General Contractor
 Communicated with managers and local personnel to set up timelines for the remodel of the location.
 Obtained permits, supplies, day laborers, and subcontractors for each new location.
 Ran the work crew to ensure that the remodel remained on schedule and within budget.
 Installed drywall, firewalls, 8-foot halogen fixtures, acoustical ceiling tiles, vinyl floor tiles, receptacles, and
painted, all while leading a team of day laborers and subcontractors.
