were leaking. Source of leaks not able to be
determined due to lack of access to unit internals
• Manufacturer located in Jordan
• Unit Designer located on East Coast
• Unit Sales Force located in California
• Customer located in Virginia
 Seam leaks, weld leaks, drain/piping leaks, no
access panels provided, no documentation, no
product test methods, extensive unit movement
 Repair window for each unit - 12 hours (maximum)
