4. • Consists of 2 state of the art workshops, designed and custom built fit for purpose.
• In-house de-greasing and chemical cleaning tanks, NDT area, oven for debonding and
gasket curing, paint bed, over head cranes including 5 point multi crane.
• From light radiators for Heavy Haulage, Plant and Crane Markets, Onshore Radiators for
Buildings and factories to main engine, Offshore radiators, plate exchangers and coolers
in any application.
• Carry out survey, test, certification, build, refurbish and supply of any radiator, tube & shell
cooler or plate exchanger On shore and Offshore.
• Having our Fabrication facility housed within the same building we can offer fast
completion times with maximum cost efficiencies and quality control to any refurbishment
or build project.
• All geared around maximising turn around time and minimising downtime.
5. Markets
• Offshore, Marine and Onshore Applications
• Construction, Off Highway and Agricultural Equipment
• Mining and ground works
• Road Sweepers and Grass Cutters
• Armoured Vehicles and Military Equipment
• Static Applications
• Commercial Vehicle, Bus and Coach
• Automotive, Sports Cars & Super Cars
12. Plate Heat Exchangers
• Our purpose built workshop is equipped with the most
modern equipment to overhaul any make, model or size
of PHE
o Chemical cleaning and degreasing tanks
o NDT inspection bay
o Re-gasket Tables and Gasket hanging frames
o De-bonding and curing oven
o Full pressure testing facility
o Certification accredited
• We can offer genuine or non-genuine gaskets and also a
full design, supply and refurbishment service
13. Calorifiers
A full manufacture, re-tube and repair service is offered along with tube
bending. Calorifiers are manufactured and re-tubed in a range of materials,
from steel through to titanium and with plain or intergron extruded finned
tubes. Tubes can be roller expanded, welded or brazed into position
depending on duty.
14. Radiators
We design, manufacture, overhaul and repair the full range of
coolers for use in steam, hot water and HVAC in a range of materials
from steel, copper, copper nickel, stainless steel and titanium with a
choice of aluminium or copper fins.
All types manufactured, repaired, overhauled or modified to customers’
requirements to meet the demands of industrial plant and marine users.
We also offer the most advanced radiator designs using plain or multi-
louvered, fins to enhance performance and solder dipped cores to give
longer service life.
Fan Air Coolers
15. Shell and Tube
Can be fully designed and manufactured to ASME standards in the full range of
materials from copper nickel to titanium. We can also offer a full repair and
certification service along with chemical cleaning and NDT testing.
The range of heat exchangers we supply are from the smallest hydraulic unit to
the larger process heat exchanger for use on and offshore.
Depending on duty we can offer a range of air blast coolers for the cooling
of oil, air or water. This incorporates the latest design and manufacturing
of special elfin blocks for charge air coolers to the highly efficient
aluminium film block. We also offer a new design of cooler using
removable tubes and grommets which eliminate the problems of thermal
expansion and vibration whilst also allowing for easier maintenance.

16. Specialist Business Sector
Ducting Inspection and Cleaning
• Having visibility of contamination and general condition is the
first step to maintaining compliance, cleanliness, efficiency and
duty of care towards health and best practice, but its what you
cant see that always causes the problem.
• Through our knowledge of HVAC and LEV systems both On
and Off shore we identified industry needed not just another
cleaning system but a system that produces video evidence
for records, facilitating good maintenance practice and
compliance whilst reducing fire risk and adding comfort to the
personnel within a facility but also cleans to the highest
standard.
17. Multi Purpose Robot
The MPR
• Fully automated cleaning
• A cleaning you can see
• Two way camera colour monitor with video
recorder
• The fastest and most effective way to clean
ducts
• Cleans both round and square ducts
• Tools for coating and disinfecting
18. Dry Ice Cleaning
Our Dry Ice Blasting technologies can clean the dirtiest, grease laden ducting or
galleys in any environment with minimum downtime and virtually no mess and no
high volume liquid waste. We cover 99% of sizes and shapes of ducting designs
required cleaning and our Dry Ice Blasting technology can clean motor housings
and impellors without the need for isolation or masking.

19. Dry Ice Cleaning
• Cleans without surface erosion
• Dramatic savings in man hours and hazardous chemicals
• Eliminates potential damage to machine parts
• Eliminates secondary waste streams
• Eliminates personnel exposure to cleaning product corrosives
• Reduces downtime with minimal disassembly
• Eliminates blasting media entrapment and drying time
• Eliminates electrical and bacterial problems
• Reduces overall cleaning time
Unlike conventional blasting methods, sand, bead grit etc., the process is non-abrasive. Dry Ice has a hardness
between 1 (Talc) and 2 (Gypsum) on Moh’s Scale of Mineral Hardness.
Bombarding a surface with solid CO2 creates a tension wave between the contaminate and the substrate. Most
kinetic energy used to drive the particles to the surface is converted into heat on impact facilitating a rapid phase
change from solid to vapour and expanding by a factor of 540x by volume. In this state, the vapours has excellent
“wetting” properties and causes the containment to be lifted away from the substrate via surface disruption and
rapid sublime.
