 Manage the Dean’s Emergency Fund of $55,000.
 SSC Work Study Coordinator. Developed job description and work study training manual for the

 Arranged weekly executive staff meetings and monthly council meetings, calendar management,
website/portal management, travel arrangements, presentation development, committee participation,
and purchasing.
 Provided a welcoming environment and addressed the needs of Vice Presidents, Human Resources
Director and Communications department and their office staff, students, neighbors and parents
while maintaining strict confidentiality.
 BOT operations included scheduling quarterly meetings, sub-committee and ad-hoc meetings.
