The Future Managers Programme delivers a range of flexible and tailored study topics that
are built around your current role and plans for progression.
If you have recently completed a Level 3 course at college (including an Apprenticeship),
are employed by an SME* and aged 19 or over then the Future Managers Programme
could support you to take the next steps into management and your future career.
Want to understand the marketing process, company budgets or how to effectively make
decisions and communicate with others?
In conjunction with you and your line manager a tailored menu of units can be selected
that either fit around your current role or aspirations for the future.
Accredited by the institute for Leadership & Management (ILM) and Chartered
Management Institute (CIM), the topics you study can be used towards a future
qualification in management with two of the top industry recognised management
qualification providers.
