Deployed to Logistics Maintenance Sub Management (LOG‐MSM) in Utilities (UI)
Develop and submit full requisition packages for maintenance subcontracts, particularly HVAC and
elevator maintenance.
Follow the subcontract work starting from the initial request through the closing processes and invoicing.
Communicate regular daily statuses on every subcontract through the Maintenance Subcontract Request
(MSR) system.
