3. Excuses, Excuses, Excuses…. I’m too tired to go back out once I get home from work I don’t want to work out! Quit nagging me!
4. I see your excuses and raise you one challenge…. Starting Monday night, we are going to take the kids and go for a walk around the neighborhood for 30 minutes every night this week.
