performed throughout his career
life?
1) Being HOD of EC Dept he also performed the
responsibities of Principal in starting year ,when he
joined the college.
2) After he perform the another role similarly in
college like a VNSGU Coordinator, Exam
Coordinator, etc.
How He Developed and Moved Up
in His Career. What were the
important milestones in His
career???Mr. Bhuva want to developed his career in a Medical
field. But some of reason he could not do so.
As teaching was his passion so he choose teaching as
his career. It’s a important milestones.
For each of the new roles taken up,
what new capabilities did he have to
build..
Bhuva sir has developed many skill from different role
that he performed till now in his career life,
Administration
Management skills
and many other.
What are some of the most important
“contributions” he feels he made in each of
his roles in the career?
Bhuva sir has a contributor personality. He tried his level
best(or initiate) for developing a labs, class rooms , and many
other facilities in EC Dept.
He also contribute for college as well as for university. And took
incharge of many activates like a annual function,gymkhana etc.
Now in college, all department have a internet facility. In this
work , bhuva sir gave a huge contribution by his duties.
He is trying to develop a best LAB FACILITY for student.

What was the different roles he
performed throughout his career
life?
Mr. A.B.Jain have taken a very different path in his career
that is he have left his studies after his graduation. And he
have started a provisional store with grassrary.
He was enjoying his shop. But still his thought process was
not focused. He felt their is have some thing which he
is lacking.
So that after three year he took a next step that he had
to complete his master. He had chosen MBA from IIM.
After MBA he join the company ASCENT, MARCOM as
MANAGER.
How He Developed and Moved Up
in His Career. What were the
important milestones in His
career???
His important milestone in his career was, got a job
placement in Kotak Mahindra Bank, Pune before
completion of his II Semester.
Than again he have started his own enterprises in the
field of Advertising. He have started his own add
agency in BTL division of advertising in Ahmadabad.
It's name is A SQUARE MARCOM SOLUTIONS.
For each of the new roles or
assignments taken up, what new
capabilities did he have to build
Lots of new responsibilities.................
Now He is a person who is responsible
for development his Organization.
Responsibilities of all my teams.
Responsibilities to fulfill clients delight.
Responsibilities to complete task within the time.
Responsibilities to arranges the funds.
Responsibilities to pay salaries on time. and so
many.............
What were some of the most important
career choices he made? How did he think
about these choices? What made him make
these choices?
Some time we can not choose career. Career choose you.
Like wager can't be chooser.
But some of the most important careers he have choose:
# Hospitality Management:- How? Its depend on our
nature & habits, likes he have a hosting nature & he have a habit
to live in organized manner.
# Career Counselling :- How? If you have
a interest to collect all career information then want to
share more and more people then you can do.
What are some of the most important
“contributions” he feels he made in each of
his roles in the career?
Once his promoter’s father was quite
serious, but and he was faraway from his
home then Mr. Jain without asking anything
he reached and helped him.
This is the best contribution example of his
life.

1) As a Professor of K.J.Polytechnical,Bharuch in
starting year of when he join this Field.
2) After that he perform the another role similarly as
a Professor in college like a L.E.Engg. College Morbi.
Now a day he works as professor and H.O.D of
Electrical department in GEC Bharuch.
How He Developed and Moved Up
in His Career. What were the
important milestones in His
career???
Mr. Doshi’s life is absolutely normal.
But failures do come in everybody’s life.
When he was studying in BE upto 2ND YEAR he
was failed in many subject.
But failure is not the end….By his sincere
efforts and hardwork he come up with this
situation and mould his life in a different way..
For each of the new roles or
assignments taken up, what new
capabilities did he have to build
Everybody has a many hidden skill but to grow up this
skills a practical implementation is a required.
As like Mr. Doshi when joining our college.
He was first professor of our college so he got chance
to grow & implement his skills.
Form this he develop a new skill like Leadership,
Management skills, and many other.
What were some of the most important
career choices he made? How did he think
about these choices? What made him make
these choices?
Mr. Doshi’s goal was to be a Professor,
even he had a good opportunity to work in
industry, but he choose his dream of being a
professor. Also he was offered by many
private colleges but he refused.
And now he is a successful in teaching
field.
What are some of the most important
“contributions” he feels he made in each of
his roles in the career?
Mr. Doshi is the best example of contributor. He
contribute a Huge part for development in college. In
college development Mr. Doshi was present from
bottom to top level.
Now a days we can see a solar power plant of
100kw in our college. For this achievement whole
credit goes to Electrical department. And in this
event Mr. Doshi gives a huge contribution.
SUCCESS

“SUCCESS is within everyone reach whatever
be the limitations. It is not an accident but it’s
commitment.”

from this person’s experience?
In their work, contributors demonstrate concern
for the human beings they serve. Contributors go
all out to try and find an answer. They take
responsibility for ‘making things happen’ in any
situation. Contributors have a wider view of their
work and thus take pride in doing their work well.
