7. HIS STORY
 Born in 8 august 1988 at DN (sillvasa)
 He completed his Hsc at sillvasa.
 He completed his BA in 2009 at rofel college Vapi.
 He completed his MBA in 2011 at Samaldash arts college Bhavnagar.
 His first job in bhavnagar as the post of assistant clearc.
 He worked hard and gets some promotions as well.
 Now he is working as coordinator
 He has 5 years work experience.

 Since he is successful, he takes his work as a goal.
 According to him Engaged in work focusing on “we” not “I” is the qualities to
become a successful.
 He said that during his successful carrier he faced many challenges ,he takes it
opportunities.
 According to him ,his junior satisfaction is His satisfaction. Job satisfaction is
external and internal both satisfaction.

 Sometimes in his carrier,when his juniors not working according to
his expectation, then he guide and motivate them .
 Sometimes he faced his siniors ,when they are not supporting
according to his expectation,Then he put trust on them and create the
believeness on me in their mind.

 He give me the example of his personal experience on “overcome and the fear of
falier”
 When he completed his BA ,then he admitted MBA in bhavnagar ,the MBA study is
in full English ,and he is Gujarati medium student.in the 1st sem he can’t
understand anithig because his English is very week then he hardworking on his
English and he improve his english,
 He cleared MBA with good grades.
 He came to this profession by his choice.
