• RA Training is such a crucial time to build relationships within your
new staff and to learn about your role on campus and within the
residence halls

3. Fall 2020 Training is Going Digital
• The Why
• This year we are going to be doing majority of our fall training online
using Blackboard
• 5 weeks with content to be completed
• Starts Monday and due by Sunday at midnight CST
• Progression will be tracked and noted
4. Expectations for Training
• All tasks must be completed by midnight CST on Sunday
• You may work ahead and at your own pace
• Complete all tasks with intentional thought and value
• Choose your attitude
• Ask questions
• Have Fun!
