Shot reverse shot – a shot reverse shot is a filming technique
1. The Preliminary Research
Shot reverse shot – A shot reverse shot is a filming technique, which shows two
characters looking at each other. The first characters looks at the other character
and we see a POV shot, then the second character looks at the other character
and we see another POV shot. It allows us to see some times half of one
characters face on the left hand side of frame and then positioned in the right
hand of frame the other character responding to the dialogue.
Match on Action – this is a editing technique used to show a sign of continuity
this draws the users attention so that he/she will want to continue watching so
that they can see what happens next.
180 degree rule – in this rule it is the main thing to remember is to keep all
participants at the same left to right relationship to each other, the filming will
only be in the 180 degree radius so that al characters in the conversation can be
seen.
Continuity editing – is an editing technique that shows a number of scenes in a
specific natural order. It is basically a moving storyboard.
