defined and implemented

labeling, inspections, and

Root causes have been
eliminated and improvement

needs to assure functionality
and fit

Daily inspection occurs to

Agreements for labeling,

consistently followed and
demonstrate area

Sources and frequency of
problems are documented as
part of routine work, root
