The author gathered audience feedback through an online questionnaire distributed on social media and via email. The feedback highlighted pros and cons of the document's design. Positives included conventional fonts, colors, and layouts. Negatives were that some images needed more clarity, front cover images were unconventional, and spacing could be improved on the contents page. The interior pages received the most positive feedback for their conventional appearance and design.

One of the methods I used to gather audience feedback was a
questionnaire. I created it on survey monkey and sent it out over the social
networking sight, twitter. I also sent out the questionnaire as an email.
