Program Leadership
• Program Area Manager with profit & loss responsibility for platform sustainment program area specializing in avionic
systems to include radar repairs and spares (F/A-18 APG-65 and APG-73 domestic and FMS, AV-8B APG-65, F-15 APG-
70 domestic and FMS) and DLA consumable logistics/depot management. 2015 annual awards totaling $95M and revenue
of $65M. Leader of seven successful program managers within domestic and international markets that includes a diverse
portfolio of classified and unclassified work with over 700 individual contracts managed each year.
• Program Manager of $90M mission critical program bringing Raytheon innovation directly to Customer Senior
Leadership Team resulting in multiple IIS technology products being demonstrated to over 100 VIP members of the DoD,
Intelligence and Congressional communities yielding increased customer insight on Raytheon innovation and our
dedication to customer success.
• Transition Manager of $300M proprietary customer non-incumbent contract, successfully transitioning 23 worldwide
operational sites (with unique infrastructures/enterprise level functions) with zero mission impact within a 30 day
compressed schedule. The intense ops tempo had to be carefully organized, contained and executed with end-result of
100% Award Fee on transition and "mission coin" from the Customer.
• Cost Account Manager of 100 personnel technical engineering discipline on a mission ops program with $20M financial
oversight and execution of IT services including Site network design and maintenance, desktop build and deployment,
storage area network management, data center management, and h/w and s/w asset tracking activities and also system
transition planning and execution, ad-hoc engineering and trouble ticket response and resolution.
• Program Engineer responsible for oversight of program engineering staffing to include hiring, training, transition
planning, workforce planning system (WPS) compliance, gating process, training identification and succession planning
with financial program responsibility to include review and approval of all engineering bids and EACs, CLIN management
and monthly PMR reporting.
Operational Leadership
• Engineering Ops Manager of 2000+ personnel, multi-location IIS Engineering Center as primary liaison between
program offices and engineering responsible for personnel/career management activities such as requisition control,
merit/promo cycle, performance ratings, college hiring, diversity objective adherence yielding extensive exposure to
productivity reporting/metrics and engineering Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) practices.
• IT Operations Manager responsible for daily operation and management of IT infrastructures for IIS Aurora and Omaha
campuses managing a 60+ matrix IT engineering organization and 20 direct staff team of technical engineers with an
operating budget of $16M to include asset management, vendor relations, bids and maintenance agreement contracting and
monitoring, Service Level Agreement design and execution and performance metric reporting and analysis.
Functional Leadership
• Mission Assurance Senior Manager for $250M GPS OCX program responsible for customer and program mission
alignment, quality assurance of both product and process throughout development lifecycle of the program. Responsible
for supplier quality management.
• Quality Product Line Manager managing 40 + quality engineers across 5 geographic locations; personally assigned the
challenge of turning around a "red" supplier rated program. After complete and customer-intensive root cause analysis of
poor rating and with the application of comprehensive mitigation strategies, led the team to 4 consecutive quarters of a
"green" supplier scorecard rating (and eventual Platinum Supplier Rating status) via ability to listen to the customer,
communicate, collaborate, and respond in a timely and ingenuous fashion.
