as spreadsheets, follow up sheet, internally with the team and with buyers to enable systematic
follow up of orders. Product oriented, by systematic self-check of garments, sampling production,
fabrication as per specification.
Submit primary costing of all goods to head office & confirm the price for production.

Negotiation & Production:
Prepare supplier quotation meeting, arrange counter sample, all other materials like fabric,
accessories, lab dip colour card, and Supplier planning capacity and forecasted ETD (estimate time
delivery), negotiation on costing & confirm price.
Help souring department by providing tech files / samples / general feedback on product for
benchmarking for new potential supplier.
Placed order to factory & act as the middle person between customer and supplier for delivery of
highest standard of service.
On time shipment and monitoring.
