Duties & Responsibilities:
 Responsible to manage the overall activities of Merchandising, Projection, and Negotiation orders
independently with buyers and factory.
 To study design pack & have meeting with the suppliers/vendors for explaining spec/artwork/design etc.
related to Development and production.
 To work actively with Technician, QC team,Lab & GPQ in regards to sample development, Production, Test etc.
 To follow up and check all types samples including development and assure that all samples are correct before
submitting to buyer and production.
 To prepare initial costing to get order confirmation considering sufficient lead time and do consumption of
Fabrics and Trims & Accessories and checking fabric consumption during costing, booking and cutting.

 To negotiate and follow up development of Fabrics and Trims & Accessories with suppliers.
 Sourcing and Booking all kinds of Yarns, Fabrics, Trims & Accessories from local and foreign sources and make
sure all are in house at right quality & quantity as per set on time frame for production.
 To make T & A to get plan for every style with the co-ordination of production team, planning team and follow
up all stages of production process till shipment.
 To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties and monitor overall activities of suppliers, commercial,
quality checking of goods, shipping etc. with a view to ensure smooth production and shipment.
 Maintaining all sorts clear and effective correspondences among Buyer, Technician, production personnel,
R&D, Quality department, Suppliers etc. related to production update and follow up.
 Supervise on Fabric order release, Lab dip issue, Strike of issue, Washing, Lab test, Inspection etc.
 Keep supervisor updated of general order situation, day to day production report and quality status of
respective style.
2.Assistant Merchandiser

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Follow up Developments, Samples etc. with a high degree of personal responsibility.
 Follow up different samples at various stage (Proto/Styling samples, Fit samples, GSS, PP samples, Size set
samples, Photo samples, TOP sample, Shipment Samples, SMS etc.) and timely submissions of sample.
 Work out with Consumption of Fabrics, Trims & Accessories as well as do costing.
 Follow up Printing, Embroidery, Value addition work & washing development.
 Follow up with supplier for Fabrics, Trims & Accessories both from local or foreign sources for in-house the
goods to meet right time production.
 Follow up on the lab dips, developing artwork & strike off submission and chase for approval.
 Maintain liaison Suppliers, Vendor store, Production Team, Planning & Quality Dept.
 Follow up all lab tests and inspections according to buyer’s requirement & collect documents.
 Overall responsible to look all the accountabilities as well as any other duties as and when assigned by
superior or management, also day to day update to management accordingly.
 Support Merchandiser to manage buyers/client account from order inquiry to shipment efficiently.
