Performing Transaction Look Back on alerted transactions and conducting thorough investigations to
understand customers account activity are in align with the business/personal activity.
Conducting due diligence on Beneficiaries and Originating Parties, which includes By Order Bank and
Receiving Bank.
Drafting a detailed report, on the alerted account and recommending the case to SAR or NO SAR
Recommendation.

Profile & Working :-
Monitoring real time Inward & Outward payments and conducting screening on the involved parties of the
payments, understanding the client/entity structures and collecting supporting documents and checking if
the payments are in line with the client/entity business profile.
Ensuring all the payments are reviewed and a Compliance Advice is given on a timely manner, before the
payment cut off time.
Disseminating Compliance Report to Senior Management and Board Members of the Bank.
Performing Client Risk Rating on all the Prospect Clients.
Drafting Group wide Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing policies for Amicorp Bank &
Trust licensed under Central Bank Of Barbados.
3. Reviewing all the Account Opening applications and conducting a due diligence on the Ultimate
Beneficiaries and collecting supporting documents, if any are missed. Understanding the reason for
opening the account & client/entity’s account activity and providing a Compliance Advice, before

Profile & Working: -
Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence on clients such as Special Category Clients (SCCs), especially
Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Banks, Retail Business Units, Money Service Businesses who pose
a heightened risk of money laundering, terrorist financing or other illicit activities.
Assessing risks associated with the new clients before establishing a relationship with the bank.
Performing due diligence on clients on an annual basis or when there is a change in risk category
Conducting enhanced due diligence to verify the identity of the clients and to identify clients who are
associated or has links with money laundering or terrorist financing or criminal background.
Escalation of suspicious activity to Compliance Business staff while doing periodic review of the client.

Profile & Working: -
Worked as a Quality Coach for a team of 16 associates, who deal with responding to inquiries from UAE,
Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, & Oman customers regarding their Banking and Credit card queries.
Conducted Card Services training for 7 batches, for the agents who have joined the CS Internet and CS
Correspondence processes.
Handled ISD phase for the new trainees and monitored their individual performance and regular quality
feedback sessions were conducted.
Responsible for conducting Quality analysis on a continual basis to identify the critical errors and discuss
the plan of action with the management to reduce the errors.
