Contract management plays a significant role in project
management system. The contract determines the safety, quality,
schedule, and cost goals, which is the contractor’s main basis for
project control. In an international construction project’s contract
management someone needs to take charge of the signing of
the contract, the implementation of the contract, and finally the
termination of the contract in order to guarantee the project runs
smoothly and they receive the final expected result. No matter how
complex the project may be, only the best utilisation of all affordable
tools for risk mitigation will ensure mutual profit and benefit. At the
EPC Contracts Management Summit, learn the multiple experiences
and lessons learned with various EPC projects and benefit from the
vast industry experience of our speakers. Meet the leaders in the
field and adopt up-to-date strategies on risk mitigation into your
own organization.
