restaurants in France. Reduced shrink and damage by $150,000 in the first year.
Recouped $1.3 million loss, in failing distribution center in Israel, developed an efficient
operation and re-negotiated existing contract for continued profitability.
Led and managed the selection, implementation and start up of JD Edwards IT
systems in a South Korean distribution center. Project manager for transition from old
distribution center to new state-of-the-art DC and bakery.
Salvaged an emerging, failing distribution company in the Persian Gulf States. Greatly
enhanced inventory management in a part of the world that has a 10-week lead-time for
perishable goods. Drove $250,000 profit in the first year of operation.
Directed an emergency start-up of distribution operations in the Middle East,

Navigated McDonald’s Lyon, France distribution center through one of the largest
