This document discusses a content marketing strategy for a radio station. It proposes investing in promotional items like temporary tattoos, stress balls, bottle openers, and band-aid dispensers to engage younger and adult audiences at events. Estimated costs are provided for various prize items, with a total proposed budget of $3,348. A schedule is included for distributing different prizes at upcoming events on Sundays through Saturdays.
3. More Prizes for the Kids
We want to better reach our younger audience when we are working events.
Investing in promo items that are targeted at them will get them more excited to
engage with us. When children see other kids getting a temporary tattoo from one
of our staff members, they will run over to join the fun.
Imagine us set up at a PNC concert with a small bucket of water and a sponge
having one of our Magic team members giving temporary tattoos to kiddos—What
a great photo op that would be!
4. Building TRUST AND FAMILIARITY with
our Fan Base
• Parents will better remember how our team
members interacted positively with their
children and may be more inclined to listen
to our station
7. Fun Prizes for
Adults
• We want to invest in promo products that our
fan base will use. One idea is to invest in
keychain bottle openers, they are useful for our
listeners and create brand association for the
station.
• Koozies are also a great investment because
they are reusable and when our fans use our
koozies our brand will be spread to all their
friends.
** Great for PNC events since we can't give
out cups**
12. Prizes for Mom
Moms always seem to love the hand sanitizer give away, so why not get something
else useful for mom to keep in her purse!
Band-Aid dispensers are not very expensive and it's a way to keep us in the pockets
of our listeners.
