Project 1 (Expedien eSolutions Ltd) Current
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalay (A Central University C.G): - IUMS(Integrated
University Management System).
An ERP Solution for GGV university which has a strength of 1000 Employees, over 10,000
students and more than 55000 registrations during Pre-Admission examinations . The project
comprised a total of 23 modules and multiple sub modules like HRMS (including payroll
,Pension and tax),Examination ,Academics , VC , Legal ,Student Portal , Recruitment , Pre-
Admission,Finance ,Budget etc . I was involved in the project from the very beginning ,and
have worked on the development , Client Support , Server maintenance and data base
handling.
Modules undertaken
HRMS – The very beginning of project was marked with the creation of Master Pages for
which I was solely responsible, HRMS included Payroll, Tax, Pension and Reports etc.
Budget Management – Was involved in creation annual budget report and giving training
of all department in university.
Finance - Finance related Reports and data base creation also giving training to users
Preadmission – Assisted with Pre-admission processes with Offline candidate registration
process and Admission open process.
Examination – Assisted in crucial phase during implementation of the module at the client
side during a implementation crisis. Make all the reports regarding marksheet and TR. Also
have full domain knowledge .
Client Handling –
1) Project Training on various modules to respective audiences.
