Havingestablished and operated my own business fromstart-up to saleand closure, within 3 years
the company turnover went from zero to £350k employing 5 members of staff.I haveexcellent all-

been to not only deliver solutions,but to exceed expectations in every way. I have vastexperience

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
 Entered a completely new industry and in under 6 months gained
sufficientknowledge in entomology to communicatewith industry
leaders in the development of innovativepestcontrol products.
 Collaborated on an academically based consortiumR&D project to
deliver a new productfor the Brazilian Cotton Industry.
 Skills & experiencerequested to represent Biotechnology company
Bionema Ltd with Dr. Minshad Ansari atthe world’s biggestconference
on Biotechnology ABIM2017 and other industry tradeshows to launch
new products and helped identify key clients to enableBionema to
realisesales of over £50k with new products followinglaunch.Currently
collaboratingon other business developments for Bionema and working
on setting up an agreement with a web-based business to promote the
Bionema product range.

 Set up of Unreal Solutions & Unreal Gardens as an umbrella branded
business
 Grew total sales of combined business for Unreal Solutions fromzero to
£30k in year one, £100k in year two and £350k in year three.
 Entire business was builtonlineand I was the soleperson in charge of
sales and marketing.
 Early Foresightrecognisingthepower and efficiency of Social Media as
being a major sales lead generation tool streamlined the business with
over 75% of all businessoriginatingfrom Facebook in the early days as
Unreal Gardens.
 Sales leads camevia SEO optimisation and smartlinkingof social media
promotions – Sales visits and all conversionsweremade by me.
 With the growth of Unreal Solutions –turnover in yrs 2 & 3 was evenly
splitbetween B2C & B2B as commercial contracts werefewer but higher
value.
 Due to cashflowproblems followingtheinsolvency of a key commercial
customer I decided to splitthe business and sell thebrandingand assets
in 2016 to enablethe continued growth of the branding which I
continued to consulton for a brief period of time.
 I then built& retained other market related but non-branded social
media promotion pages and leased them to other local landscapers
lookingto enter the marketplace. Negotiations for complete handover
are currently underway

 Extensively studied bioplastics and collaborated on new product design
usingnew and emerging materials predominantly designed for the
packagingindustry with a view to adaptingto use in other applications
 Studied and worked on ideas and concepts for plasticsrecyclingto
counter the growing plastic wasteissue.
 Led the R&D projectfor new extrusion lines to be implemented within
RainbowProfessional to incorporatesuper critical liquidswith wood
composite polymers to create a brand new and more efficient
production method for a largeAmerican client
 Studied entomological pest control and learned the fundamentals
behind biological insectpestcontrol.
 Developed working partnerships with industry leadingexperts with a
view to developingnew and innovativeproducts for the biopesticide
marketplace
 Liaised with specialistpolymer manufacturers and scientists to develop
new concept technology for dispensingchemicalsused in IPMprograms.
 Developed new prototype products in collaboration with Tri-Pack Plastics
 Designed and prototyped new and innovativelureand kill devicefor a
key Innovate UK project.
 Successfully awarded additional £50k projectfunding investment from
InnovateUK
 Managed projectpartner participation and budgets and all financial
claims for InnovateUK project and represented company atall partner
collaboration meetings, review meetings and overseas experimental
participation.Produced all presentationsand reports and documented
all work carried out. Total projectfund managed: £200k
 As a separateproject I have begun to look at waste plasticsmanagement
as partof a sustainablecommunity project on a volunteer basis with the
potential for largescalecommercialisation.
HEALTH & SAFETY
On rejoiningRainbowProfessional in 2016,I becameHealth & Safety Manager of
a production siteconsistingof 50+employees. Developed new skillsrelatingto
the manufacturingindustry pertainingto management of Health & Safety in the
workplaceand implemented new systems of management which was fed through
to the workforce, before handingthe roleover to a dedicated Health & Safety
Manager. Sinceleavingthis roleI have decided to put myself through IOSH
ManagingSafely Certification.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Unreal Solutions Ltd was established in 2011 with just£100 investment on a
domain name. After recognisingnewopportunities several other brands under
the Unreal brand umbrella were developed and operated until 2016 when the
business was broken up and sold.
 Won many prestigious and high-profilecontracts nationwidein short
period of time due to unrivalled reputation and presentation of
products,services and previous works carried out.
 Both areas of the business had both productand services as partof the
portfolio.
 Expanded into importing& exporting to grow profit margins
MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
 Developed a new brand and marketing campaign for RainbowProfessional for a brand-
new product to the marketplace. We builtand managed a website inhouseand managed a
new e-commerce business thatthe company had previously never engaged in.The
product has grown massively over the years and is now a huge part of the combined
company sales after takingthe decision to manufacture rather than import which has
helped secure and create more jobs in the process.
