program titled “Hiring Our Treasure: Veterans Employment and
Training Success” (HotVets ).
 GW provides outreach, soft skills curriculum, entry level
employment, case management, provision of wrap around
services, coordinate job placement and retention, track
measurement criteria.
 TCC to provide initial capabilities assessments, education and
training, job placement, and career opportunities
 City of Norfolk to provide office space, community and industry
outreach, marketing, and assistance with job placement
