• Plan, coordinate, and direct daily manufacturing processes for large high volume stamping presses providing
fabricated sheet metal, Aluminum, and copper parts to high volume assembly lines.
• Quality support for all primary areas of responsibility. Create and update all PFMEA’s and CP&K analysis
on critical components.
• Project Manager Responsibilities: Most recent Capital Project ($4.9M) – Installation of a New Minster 1200
ton Stamping press with rolling bolsters and automated feed line to decrease tool changeover times from 62 minutes
to an achieved 16 minutes. Managed all aspects including: planning, temporary outsourcing, old press removal, civil
engineering, foundation construction, new press installation, de-bugging, and insourcing.
• Plan & Coordinate project work with internal management along with outside contractors & suppliers as
needed for production and/or process improvements.
