Communicating to board level, involved with cross-functional problems in liaison with other departments.   3. 3. • Provide manufacturing work centers priorities using the level loaded schedule and give direction through scheduling shared equipment • Proactively provide master scheduler with future sales orders that are at risk due to raw material availability or capacity. • Responsible for timely rescheduling of sales orders by working with Master Scheduler to verify need to reschedule. • Report inventory errors to Warehouse/Inventory Control for resolution. • Control Work in Process (WIP) by releasing work to manufacturing at the time they are needed. • Monitor, track and report on Sales Orders that are released to manufacturing that are shorter than published manufacturing lead times. • Work with shipping to notify shipping of special crating requirements and dates orders need to be crated.
