EMPLOYMENT
2013 – Present: C5I CSMP Manager, Commander, LCS Squadron ONE
• Currently assigned to Commander, LCS Squadron ONE (LCSRON) N4 as the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) hull
Freedom Variant logistical coordinator responsible for tracking Casualty Reports (CASREP) and maintain
Current Ships Maintenance Project (CSMP).
• Coordinate and evaluate crew logistical training that is required but not taught in Navy courses.
• Prepare, submit and track statement of work modifications to support logistical requirements.
• Develop each ship’s Material Obligation Validation (MOV), which provides the crews requisition, and CSMP
management status
• Review proposed LCS ship change documents for equipment changes that will affect logistical support.
• Coordinate with GD NASCO/ Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) to ensure changes are
included in future ship support.
• Conduct Allowance Parts List (APL) reviews to determine supply system shortfalls, brief the program office of
any issues and provide vendors with updated requirements.
• Assist in development of current supply and feedback process onboard multiple LCS Ships.
• Liaison with equipment vendors, LCSRON, on hull crews and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) to insure
required material is in for Maintenance Availabilities (PMAV, CMAV, WOO).
• Provide front-end analysis of the current logistical requirements for Command, Control, Communications,
Computers, Collaboration, and Intelligence (C5I) and Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HME) items for LCS1,
LCS3, LCS5, LCS7.
2008 – 2012 Assistant Craft Master, TWR-821/TWR-842/TWR-6
• Served as Assistant Craft Master, Hull Manager, Departmental Maintenance and Material Management (3-M)
Coordinator.
• Lead crewmembers through two (2) dry dock cycles, eight (8) 3M assessment with an overall score of 95 out of
100, and numerous certification exercises.
• Developed and implemented new training methodologies for shipboard watchstanders.
• Obtained broad tactical experience from several viewpoints of small boat operations.
• Stood Craft Master Watch officer in maritime operations, and Joint Fleet training operations.
