ensure an optimal performance, implementing projects between the terminals and the agents.
 Check vessels ETAin order to ensure that the vessels arrive on time to pilot.
 Send speed suggestions and to avoid waiting time due to berth congestions.
 Check the move count and connectionof the cargo for each vessel in the T/S ports.
 Coordinate vessel repairs and diving operation together with the agents and the workshop.
 Give a closely follow up of the delivery of the bunker at the hub Ports.
 Reduce the waiting time in the main ports, from pilot to berth, avoiding extra bunker
consumption.
 Negotiate withterminals, berth window and resources due to networkchange or an additional
pier when the vessels arrive late.
