Present Chief Petty Officer (E-7) Bahrain USS Sentry (1/15-1/16)
• Direct supervision and training of 13 personnel, plus oversight of an additional
indirect workforce of 83 personnel, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
in Ship Supply and Financial management overseeing a $1.2 annual operations
budget, plus responsibility for an inventory of approximately 6,000 SKUs
valued at $2.8 million.
• Worked in close concert with indigenous civilian Husbandry Agent to
coordinate logistics and manage vendor relations; monitored all transactions
involving HAZMAT, Food Services, Supply Depot and Purchase Card use.
Senior Enlisted Leader - Aviation Support Det., Mayport NS, FL (2/12-01/15)
• Provided training, supervision and performance evaluations for 52 naval
personnel and 7 civilian contract workers.
• Controlled an aviation parts inventory of approximately 2,200 SKUs valued at
$64 million.
• Served as the Command Equal Opportunity Manager to address personnel
complaints and resolve issues; ensured compliance with current policies and
procedures.
