immediate attention and resolve.
• Maintain calendars for multiple surgeons – Coordinated and set-up conference calls,
board and management meetings, special events, surgery, and travel arrangements.
• Helped launch MEDITECH EMR for East TN Pediatric Surgery Group.
• Establish and maintain Human Resources related employee files reflecting salary
increases, deductions, and benefits while exercising a high level of confidentiality.
• Conduct orientation/presentation sessions, individual and small group meetings with
staff and students.
• Streamlined daily operations by preparing memos/correspondence, transcribing
meeting minutes/professional letters, and maintaining files/documents/records.
• Obtained 16 contracts for new clinical sites and maintained existing relationships.
• Curriculum, syllabi, and program development while maintaining accrediting standards
of TWC, ACICS, ABHES, and CAAHEP.
• Engaged in maintaining student retention rates, placements, and graduation rates
according to the accrediting body’s benchmarks and standards.
• 9+ years staging and scrubbing multiple surgical procedures including, but not limited
to, General, ENT, Cardiac, Orthopedic, GYN, Neuro, Pediatric, and Laparoscopic.
