a book published in 1968, written by
Dr. Kenneth Cooper. In the book, Dr.
Cooper explains that aerobic exercise
helps prevent disease. He explains that
in order to live a healthy life, you must
exercise regularly.

3. Aerobic exercise is any
physical activity that makes you
causes you to breathe harder and
your heart beating faster than at rest.
It strengthens you heart and lungs to
deliver oxygen more quickly and
efficiently throughout your body.
