EXPERIENCE Reliability and Maintainability – Responsible for Reliability Lab assessment coordination with
Quality Assurance and Subject Matter Experts, as well as performing assessments, tracking, and
reporting on failed units. Conducts cross functional Failure Review Board (FRB) data collection
and evaluation in support of fleet sustainability and reliability. Authors technical service
bulletins to communicate noteworthy failures to external groups and the fleet. Familiar with the
Fleet Maintenance Deck and performing affected procedure comparisons when new revisions
become available.

Configuration Management – Responsible for all aspects of configuration management for the
CDS program including the transition of CM tasks from Fair Lakes, VA to Pittsfield, EAC input
to Finance/Program Management, creation of the CM plan, running weekly cross functional
Change Control Board (CCB) meeting, generating weekly Customer status reports, and execution
of drawing Lifecycles in the TeamCenter tool. Also responsible for issue resolution, schedule &
budget tracking, and As Built List generation for the MPP program.
