INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (June 2012 – Present)
Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the instrumentation and control
equipment related to gas reducing and metering stations in numerous GASCO projects from budget
estimation to service entry.
Spearhead the commissioning & start-up of DOMIAT powerstation & KORIMAT solar power station
gas reducing and metering stations, as well as the engineering and commissioning & start-up of
ETHYDICO factory reducing& metering station to ensure completion within established timeline,
budget and quality standards.
Initiate the upgrade the gas measurement systems to 9 power stations by adding complete gas quality
systems to each gas metering system.
Key contributor to the engineering and construction of Reverse flow project between Jordan and
Egypt.
Direct the preparation and revision of the material requisition specifications and detailed technical
studies for Instrumentation and control equipment.
Key contributor to the endorsement of the Factory Acceptance Test (F.A.T.) and Site Acceptance Test

East Amman Power Stations & AQABA Power Station reduction / heating gas station.
Key contributor to the instrumentation / control and project management from budget estimation,
preparing tender documents, reviewing vendor prints, technical evaluation phase for suppliers,

Coordinated all tasks related to gas measurement devices, gas regulator sizing, and instrumentation /

Key contributor to the pre-commissioning, commissioning & Start-up of the Arab Gas Pipeline project
36" supplying natural gas to Jordan & its facilities (valve rooms, pig traps, metering stations & SCADA

Instrumental leader in coordinating the ARAB GAS P/L extension to SYRIA (30 km 36" Pipeline) to
efficiently supply Egyptian natural gas to Syria.
Championed the implementation and connection of the flow control units to FAJR customers in Jordan
by using SCADA.
Directed the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the SAMRA III & QATRANH Power
Stations gas metering stations.
Initiated the upgrade of all the PLC processors (MODICON) in the gas compressor station in AQABA,
valve rooms & gas metering stations retested (38 PLC processors).
Monitored equipment performance by introducing checklists for gas metering stations, valve rooms
and SCADA system related to FAJR facilities.
Acted as the FAJR operation and maintenance contractor to assure supply of agreed gas quantities to
FAJR customers.
Played a key role in the preparation of yearly balance quantities & settlements forms for the gas
supplier and FAJR clients.
