Selling Process
• EZ-PIC works with manufacturer/agency clients on a
national, regional or account level to secure
incremental shopper marketing funds
• EZ-PIC team consults with client to help determine
program scope and optimal offer type/value
– Clarity and value to the shopper is emphasized
• Offers communicated to H-E-B for approval as part of
standard operating procedure
• Artwork created for and approved by client
• Weekly updates sent to client throughout program
duration
• Final results reviewed; Key learnings identified

Logistics
• Manufacturers contract with EZ-PIC to run program
– Typically 2wks or 4wks in duration
• EZ-PIC presents all programs to H-E-B for
review/approval
• Approved programs sent electronically to H-E-B for
inclusion in POS

at-shelf

Selling Process • EZ-PIC works with manufacturer/agency clients on a national, regional or account level to secure incremental shopper marketing funds • EZ-PIC team consults with client to help determine program scope and optimal offer type/value – Clarity and value to the shopper is emphasized • Offers communicated to H-E-B for approval as part of standard operating procedure • Artwork created for and approved by client • Weekly updates sent to client throughout program duration • Final results reviewed; Key learnings identified 8

Logistics • Manufacturers contract with EZ-PIC to run program – Typically 2wks or 4wks in duration • EZ-PIC presents all programs to H-E-B for review/approval • Approved programs sent electronically to H-E-B for inclusion in POS • EZ-PIC produces and delivers signage to merchandise at-shelf 9
