- A call center is a Contact Center (or) Data Center (or) Information Center
and also known as a centralized office used for receiving or
transmitting of requests by phone.
- There are two functions in Call Center. They are inbound call center and
outbound call center.
- An inbound call center is operated by a company to administrate incoming
product support or information inquires from consumers.
- An outbound call center is operated for telemarketing and
market research.
- Call Center is a requirement for people because everybody need
information and technical support sometime.
