8. Terms & Conditions
• For the outstation candidates, any travel cost for attending interview will be borne by the client
• After selection of the candidate, the client needs to intimate us and accordingly and send us a
copy of his / her Appointment letter.
• Our charges for providing Placement services shall be equivalent to 8.33% of Annual Gross Salary
for all level positions i.e. (Basic, HRA, EA, PA, CA, Reimbursement, LTA & Medical.). To be payable
within 30 days from the candidate date of joining.
• We shall be liable for free replacement if the candidate leaves the company within 3 months
from the date of joining. In case the candidate has been asked to leave the company due to
some performance or interpersonal issue, then we would be reviewing the entire case and
decide on this clause accordingly.
• Service tax 14% on the bill amount shall be extra. (Subject to change based on Govt. policy)
Charges for SUBCON (Contract/staffing) positions will be discussed on case to case basis.
