The process to place my printing order was easy to navigate.
The total price to print and ship my textbook was reasonable.

  • 10. Implementation: survey The process to place my printing order was easy to navigate. The total price to print and ship my textbook was reasonable. The time it took for my book to arrive was reasonable. The quality of the text in the textbook was reasonable. The quality of the images in the textbook was reasonable. I relied heavily on the use of the print copy of my textbook. If it were available, I would want to be able to print more of my Day One Access books via our printing partner.
