I am writing to enquire if you have any vacancies in your company. I enclose my CV for your
information. I served as a bank officer in AS SEB Pank and look for job opportunities in Darwin. My
main duty as a bank officer is administration and management of financial, pension, investment funds and
portfolios. Also I am responsible for processing, settlement, and documentation of foreign bonds, interest-
rate derivatives, long-term loans and strategic investments.
As you can see, I have had extensive work experience in office environments giving me varied skills and
the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into your team.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. Also I am executive, sociable,
purposeful, open-minded and punctual. I participated in the SEB-WAY project, in order to improve
workflow and enhance work procedures and was honoured "2009 Best Employee Award". Moreover I am
good at independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. I am
flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and
enthusiasm.
You would certainly benefit from my administrative and managerial skills. I offer:
 Eight years of experience leading front- and back-office administration and serving as a trusted
assistant to finance managers, brokers, dealers, partners;
 Preparing and submitting financial annual and monthly reports in order to give regular
comprehensive overviews of pension assets and securities. Coordination of development,
implementation, and monitoring of accounting systems.
 The ability to anticipate executives’ needs, follow through on all details and tactfully handle
sensitive situations;
 Computer proficiency, including a solid foundation in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), accounting system – ORACLE, TREMA, CRM and Wallstreet Suit.
