Dear Hiring Manager:
Enclosed is my resume, which describes my information technology experience in greater detail,
usually working for fortune 500 companies in the hub of global network operation centers running
24/7 365 with mission critical absolute expectations of 99.99% SLA 100% of the time. And previous
to that many years in major banks and smaller institutions, usually in management or highly technical
support roles.
I have very extensive operational experience in very large corporate Global Network Operations
Centers. Have been involved in all manner of project and/or enterprise initiative, have played major
roles in implementation teams and the maintenance and installation of systems and equipment. Have
also developed exceptional troubleshooting skills, I feel my core competencies are mitigation of risk
and crisis management, and an intuitive ability to see and completely comprehend the big picture at
any given moment. Enabling me to prioritize, plan, and quickly adapt to changes in the work
environment to effectively manage competing demands and allocate resources appropriately. I am
looking for an opportunity where I can fully utilize my wide-ranging knowledge skills and abilities, to
make a serious contribution and add value to an organization, also to continue to grow professionally
in the challenging and ever changing information technology arena.
As my resume reflects I have acquired a myriad of technical and/or operations experiences in the
information technology field. This I attribute partly to the fact that I have had exposure to very large
enterprise cutting edge companies with the most up to date and technically advanced systems
available. But mostly to my passion for the work and dedication to keeping up with new and emerging
technologies, which has kept me in good professional standing over the years.
Sincerely,
Joseph L. Lynn
