Bridge-line. This entails both the answering & resolving ofcallers
questions and concerns..
 Research or coordinate research efforts for any problems/concerns that
may be outstanding within the system thatare assigned to the CHX & VE
applications.
 Administer the CHX team SharePointwebsite. This would include the
sites content,access for individuals etc...
 Open, updating or close Pac2000 problem tickets for various groups.
 Administer the Daily & Weekly 10:00a.m.Problem Call as required. This
involves running through the previous day’s problems /issues and
assigning “responsibility” of issues to a specific person. Will also create
this report.
 Administer,update various EACO Production reports,e-mails,volume
totals using several Microsofttools ( Word, Excel, Outlook )

Processing for the Minneapolis Northern Hub.
 Managed the daily workflow, coaching & counseling ofemployees,
tracking of attendance/tardiness,vacation scheduling,performance
reviews of employees,attend weekly and monthly managementand staff
level meetings.
 Other duties were the coverage of the CPCS Technician desk,Sorter
Room Customer Service desk and when needed,acted as a Sorter
Operator on heavy volume or short-staffed production days.

 Assisted the Sorter Room manager with dayto day duties to include:
Quarterly and yearly appraisals,employee performance data tracking,
employee attendance and tardiness which mayinclude:
performance/attendance warnings etc… monitor incoming and outgoing
work to ensure thatCheck Processing is meeting and exceeding the
needs ofits customers.
 Administered the Business Services Month-End Commercial fine sort
planning.
Projects or Special tasks worked on:
 Implementation ofthe SharePoint2013 conversion..
 Implementation ofthe CD-ROM product to the Check Processing area.
Responsible for the testing of all future accounts. Worked closelywith the
ClientServices and Entry Systems groups to ensure a timely turn around
on testing and to help identify potential problems with accounts.
 Created and implemented a projectto help streamline the Sorter Operator
performance tracking system. This system shortened the time needed to
complete monthlystatistics and created a more definitive standard for
Check Processing as a whole.
 Helped with the implementation ofthe Milwaukee Clearing House
procedures for our TransitDepartment (Jerry Hatzenbuhler).

completed with passing grades:

I have learned how to use the PAC2000 problem ticketsystem. I am able to
access PAC2000 to both create and research problem tickets.
I can also use the “Hip-Link” paging application.
I have taken Web Based training sessions thatare required by Wells Fargo. EX:
Code of Ethics, Personal Safety etc along with various SharePointonline web
based classes.
