Managed the daily workflow, coaching & counseling ofemployees,
tracking of attendance/tardiness,vacation scheduling,performance

level meetings.
Other duties were the coverage of the CPCS Technician desk,Sorter
Room Customer Service desk and when needed,acted as a Sorter
Operator on heavy volume or short-staffed production days.

Responsible for the testing of all future accounts. Worked closelywith the
ClientServices and Entry Systems groups to ensure a timely turn around

Created and implemented a projectto help streamline the Sorter Operator
performance tracking system. This system shortened the time needed to
complete monthlystatistics and created a more definitive standard for
Check Processing as a whole.
Helped with the implementation ofthe Milwaukee Clearing House
procedures for our TransitDepartment (Jerry Hatzenbuhler).
