development to support end users.

Primary a desktop contact for the DVLA User Acceptance environment. Where I am Involved in pre-production software releases,
GPO updates and Virtual Application deployments.
I am Responsible for the support of all Specific Needs Software users across the UK.
Regularly travelled to DVLA local offices to provide hardware and software support. Travel was also required for the support of 20+
medical caseworkers (doctors) located in various locations throughout the UK.

Role involved attending, preparing and presenting power point slides for monthly reviews to both IBM and DVLA colleagues. In

the customer. I was also responsible for prioritizing work requests for 3rd
Line times and dealing with any queries. I was
instrumental for introducing a new tool to measure time and productivity for the customer.
Projects
I was involved in the planning, resource management and deployment for both the WindowsVista and Windows 7 upgrade
projects. I was also involved in projectto decommission all DVLA local office sites which required travelling to each individual site
and oversee the removal of PACT equipment..
