I have been working in the Analyzer, Computer and Instrumentation field for 40+ years (1967
- 2014), which has provided me with valuable experience in Automation, Chromatography and
Computer Systems. I am a qualified Analyzer Specilest able to perform GC maintenance,
repair, column selection, valve configuration, flow setups and calibrations. My expertise
includes analyzers with TC, FID, FPD, PID, IR, FTIR, UV/VIS & Plasma detectors. My strong
analytical/electronic troubleshooting ability allows me to perform startup & checkout services
on process analyzers, process instrumentation, industrial controllers, computers and
peripherals, repairing them to component level if needed. I can read process loop drawings,
plant interlock drawings, digital and analog schematics. With Labtech Control for Windows, I
have designed an integrated system for Accelerated Life Study of Molecular Sieve with full
regeneration capabilities and data acquisition link to MS Excel. I have had experience with
DCS systems such as the Provox and Mod III/300. I am a qualified PC Support Specialist
knowledgeable of Windows OS, DOS and other software. Excelling in hardware setup, I can
perform PC upgrades such as MPU's, Drives, LAN, Multimedia, Communication and Data
Acquisition boards requiring manual base address/Irq selection.

2. Air Liquide America Corp. Senior Technical Specialist - GC Specialist (Current)
As an Senior Analyzer Specialist for the ALAC’s National Analyzer Department I provide
application assistance, startup, and maintenance services on all Gas Chromatograph
analyzers. This is a nation wide service for ASU, Hydrogen, CO2 and Fill Plants. I have
setup all the Large Industries Gas Chromatographs to be remotely serviced thru PcAnywhere,
allowing for immediate online troubleshooting thus minimizing hands on service and travel
expenses. I provide diagnostics of analyzer sample systems to improve annotate lower limits
of detection, in an effort to meet ever-increasing customer demands. I have designed
analytical support equipment such as a Permeation Calibration Device (U.S. Patent
7,269,991) for calibration of analyzers monitoring low PPB trace level annotates in the
Beverage Industries. Using the MAXIMO Work Order Tracking system, aid in updating the
data base for improving work flow and cutting analyzer maintenance cost. Current Project: the
upgrade of obsolete GC’s to new state of the art MultiDetek2 PlazmaDetek GC, eliminating
the need for H2 as a fuel gas thus improveing the overall plant safety of performing GC
analysis within Air.

Runout new AAI Advance analyzers , setup & qc hardware, strap data highway address, test
all electronics, blend calibration standards, run Chromatograms, test methods & application
programs, set valve/gate timing, interface with lab Chemist in the application of columns for

Provide customers, such as DuPont, Union Carbide/UOP, Zeochem and Bayer with gas/liquid
chromatography, instrumentation and other analytical equipment technical support services.
Diagnose GC/LC sample system, microprocessor, electronic faults and repair them to
component level. Perform GC/LC sample system, valve & column configurations, flow
settings, peak gating and quantifications. Design instrumentation systems, perform process
