Education
2011 – 2014 Master of Science in Communication Technology
University of Ulm, Ulm, Germany. GPA 2.10 out of 1.00 (Highest Grade)
2006 – 2009 Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering North South
University (NSU), GPA 3.64 out of 4.00 (Highest Grade)
Thesis
11.2013 – 05.2014 Master Thesis
Thesis title: 110 GHz Signal Source for a Passive Imaging System
Design of 110GHz Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) using IHP 0.13µm SiGe
BiCMOS technology. The circuit design and verification of simulation was
performed using Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS).
The EM analysis of the Thin Flim Microstrip Line (TMFL) was done using the 3D
planer software Sonnet Suites.
Using Cadence Virtuoso 6.1.5 the layout of circuit was completed.
The processes of layout started with Floorplanning, Partitioning, and placement of
components.
Proper precaution for Latchup and ESD was taken for the circuits
The phsycial verification of DRC, LVS, ERC and Antenna Rule Check was done
to complete the design.
09.2009 – 12.2009 Bachelor Thesis
Thesis title: Temperature effects of a Multi-Quantum Well laser.
Using Matlab simulation the laser rate equations were modeled.
A temperature dependent rate equation was derived from the laser rate equations.
The effects due to the variation of temperature was simulated and compared.
Experience
06.2012 – 03.2014 Student job in Daimler AG, Ulm
Neural and pattern recognition for vehicles cameras.
Using Matlab for the purpose of image processing of the retina.
Using the software Labrador to label pedestrians in a recorded video of a vehicles.
Evaluating the reaction time of a person, before and after an accident.
Categorizing of a video frame into multiple objects using a software LableMe.
04.2013 – 09.2013 Lab Research Assistant in Institute of Microelectronics, University of Ulm
In Cadence Virtuoso 6.1.5 using CMOS technology a biasing circuit was designed
and then it was improved.
A two stage folded cascade amplifier with a bandwidth of 50MHz was designed.
Next a sample and hold structure, an integrator, a NAND gate and a clock generator
was built for a clock frequency of 3.2MHz.
All the component was combined to build a complete sigma-delta.

04.2011 – 09.2011 Student Research Assistant in Institute of Optoelectronics, University of Ulm
Preparing test bench for testing multiple Laser in a single wafer.
Using optical power meter to measure the output power of the laser.
For communication between fiber-optic cables the output power and the bit error
rate was measured using BERTScope.
The eye diagrams was plotted in high frequency oscilloscope.
04.2011 – 09.2011 Micro-computer Lab Assistant in Institute of Information Resource Management
Using an ATMega AVR16 microcontroller and a CAN controller, an electronic
height sensor was built, for a packaging plant.
The PCB design and layout of the circuit was done in EAGLE PCB design software.
The microcontroller was programmed using C++ programming.
10.2011 – 04.2012 Fabrication Lab Student Assistant in Institute of Electron Devices and Circuits
Fabrication of a TLM and Corbino MESFET on a GaAs substrate.
Various fabrication process was involved, including oxide etching, aluminum
evaporation, resists process and elimination of photoresist.
After the successful fabrication of the two type of MESFET multiple measurement
for the characterization was performed.
