EICHER Tractors, EICHER Gensets, and Agro Industries. Range for tractor enginesr 24HP to 60HP,Diesel
Generator Set & Agriculture Purpose engine from 5 KVA To 125 KVA.
Present responsibilities:
• New Supplier approval through system & commodity specific audit(Engine Proprietary and Electrical
safety Items, Sheet metal , Gears & some casting parts)
• Surveillance audit at Sources to assess Process and Product as agreed during PPAP for Engine
Proprietary and Electrical safety Items.
• Validation of Gauges, fixture and Components layout inspection during development and taking
corrective & preventive actions based upon the report.
• Modification in parts based on the fitment and functional aspects in engine / tractor.
• Promote practice of SPC/ ISO/TS16949:2009 / PPAP to suppliers.
• To Prepare the Agreement of inspection (AOI) with the suppliers.
• To adhere Dimensional & Metallurgical Annual Test Plan for material and dimensional Conformance.
• To Prepare and execute the Annual Supplier Audit Plan.
• Responsible for initiating, reviewing, documenting and approving Engineering Change Orders.
• Analysis of rejection by using quality technique and tools like PDCA cycle, 7-QC tools, SPC, SQC, WHY-
WHY analysis and 8-D format.
• Taking Corrective and Preventive action against process and field failure and ensure its
implementation.
• Working on supplier upgradation project Lakshya to achieve 250 PPM rejection for bought out parts.

Responsibilities:
• Organising PPAP Related activities and submission of sample components as per customer
requirements.
• Rejection analysis in coordination with Quality representatives at development stage
• Working closely with technical group and ensure successful APQP & PPAP Program, Periodic
Review and update PFMEA.& CONTROL PLAN
• Planning & updating for incoming materials at development stage
• Process audit & product audit to curtail the in-house process
• Co-ordinating with quality department for SPC,MSA and 8D Reports

Sheel auto industries pvt ltd is leading manufacturer of critical part of body like as hub, swell assly .bush,
bushing boss , boss gear shift, stay top bridge, lever kick starter, joint kick starter, rear cam, linkreamed for
big manufacturing house like C.B.F. manufacturing U.S.A., OSRA , ROCKMAN .
Responsibilities:
• Give Setting Approval as per control plan.
• Responsible for validation of fixtures & gauges used in M/c shop ,welding shop& press shop.
• Verification of gauges & Instrument verification as per instruction.
• Reduce of Rejection Level by using 7 Q.C. tools.
• Prepared lay out inspection Report as per drawing.
• Positively help in the documentation of TS 16949:-2002.
• Conduct Process Capability Study for line as per standard.
