quality control checks of design work (RF and fiber optics). Some production design work

waiver requests, sundry notices and required work reports to various agencies in the
Rockies states for several operators to meet their drilling goals. Working with state and
federal agencies in various states to ensure timely approval of drilling permits for our
clients. Identify permitting issues with our clients prior to submission to minimize cycle
times. Work closely with multi-disciplinary team to compile information necessary for
completion of permit applications.

Management of all US light-duty fleet vehicles. Leasing of new units, liquidation, repair
work, warranty, collecting monthly travel logs for corporate reporting, managing fuel cards

2. PERMITTING AGENT — ENCANA, DENVER, CO — 2008-2012
Prepared and submitted drilling permits, completion reports, waiver requests, sundry
notices and required work reports to federal, state and municipal agencies for a drilling
program of over 100 wells per year. Reduced cycle time to file drilling permits by over 60%
by implementing a LEAN program designed to streamline efficiency and minimize waste.
