Mentoring = transfer of knowledge and experience to a colleague,

What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is usually conducted face-to-face and during a sustained period of time

3. Stay neutral (do not express your views)
4. Ask clarifying, open-ended questions (e.g. “tell me more… Anything else?...”)
5. Paraphrase (= repeat what was said with your own words, to prove you listen)
