2. How it started
O Broken country is a documentary by arts
university Bournemouth students.
O The documentary is based on Jahangir Alam’s
first time journey to Bangladesh 2012/13 after 11
years.
O In Bangladesh Jay rediscovers his religion beliefs
and along the way he meets a number of
interesting people and eventually he follows the
Islamic ways to help community.
3. Production of broken country
O After a several discussion with our tutor we decided to
do this project as a group project and combine with one
of our university project.

O Voice over audio.
O Creation of the 3 boxes.
O Extension of ambient music and sound from
Bangladesh to give the complete feel to the
viewers.
O Finalization of introduction sequence.
7. Displaying at the exhibition
O For the week I would have one version of the
documentary played on TV
O Private view I would like to have two projectors
O Wireless headphones - if possible
O Final Outcome to have 3-4 projections one main
narrative along side with sub story's and
environment visuals.
O Include sketch book of ‘Behind the scenes’ and
concepts.
